Procedure for acquiring products and/or services on the portal.
To acquire or purchase products and/or services on the portal, the user must follow the instructions shown on the screen and accept the purchase by complying with the mentioned instructions, which also implies the reading and irrevocable acceptance of all these General Conditions of Contracting and Use of the portal, as well as, if any, the Particular Conditions that may exist and be applicable.
The user will browse through the different sections and select the product or products they wish to acquire by clicking on the “add” button. The products selected by the user will accumulate in what is called a “cart”. At any time and at the end of the purchase process, once all the products and/or services have been selected, the user must click on the “Confirm Payment” button, being redirected to a series of pages where, as appropriate, they will be informed that the acquisition of the order is subject to prior payment and will be shown the following content regarding the successive purchase steps; namely:
The products will be available for sale until stocks are exhausted. The prices of the products and services (e.g., installations) indicated on the screen are in euros and include VAT and/or any other applicable tax, and will always be the current ones, except for typographical errors. The products selected by the user will accumulate in what is called a “cart”.
In case of unavailability of the product or the requested service after the order has been placed, or when SELF STORAGE METRECUBIC 2006 S.L., B17887027, Industria, 10, 17005 Girona, Gerona, Spain (hereinafter METRECUBIC) detects that the order may be delayed in delivery or service provision, the user will be informed by phone or email of this situation, to confirm a new delivery or service date, or proceed with its cancellation or replacement with another product or service in agreement with the user.
Purchase summary: list with a brief description, quantity, and price with the possibility of adding or removing from the list, selection of the shipping method.
After deciding on the products and/or services to acquire and the shipping method, the user must click on another button called “Confirm Payment”. Once the user clicks, they will be asked for the following information: a) shipping address (private address or METRECUBIC’s physical store – Store Pickup (Sabadell or Girona); b) billing details (with the possibility that these data do not need to be entered again if they are the same as the shipping details). Once these details have been filled out, the user must click on the “next” button to be shown the page related to possible payment methods.
The payment for the price of the goods or services purchased and the shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, can be made either by credit card, debit card, Visa, or MasterCard. The user must select, among the various methods offered, the one they choose to make the payment, and proceed to fill out the data or form to which they are redirected depending on the method selected in each case.
To proceed with the payment, the user must follow all and each of the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the information requested therein.
All data provided for these purposes are encrypted to ensure maximum security and are hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol.
Once the payment method has been selected and the necessary data filled out, the user must click on the “Confirm Payment” button, being then redirected to a new screen where they will be shown information about their purchase: delivery details, list with product and/or service prices, and order number. The same information will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user. The user can check the status of their order at any time, as well as any questions related to it by sending an email to info@metrecubic.com
METRECUBIC reserves the right to request from any user of the portal who has made a purchase, proof of payment and/or identification by providing a document that identifies them as the buyer, or the buyer’s representative, and which may include, where appropriate, the delivery address (National Identity Document / Foreigner Identification Number, Passport, Residence Permit Card, Certificate of Residence, Titles of representation of legal entities, etc.), either through telematic means (fax, email, or similar) or physical means (in METRECUBIC’s stores).
All information provided during the contracting process will be stored by METRECUBIC so that the user can, upon written or email request, request information regarding transactions made by them within the previous six (6) months. Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by the users during navigation must be carried out according to the instructions included on the Portal.
The user has the right to receive, free of charge, the invoice for their purchases by email.
In the case of legal entity users, the individuals acting on their behalf and representation through this portal guarantee to METRECUBIC and third parties that they act under a valid title of representation duly granted in their favor by the corresponding legal entity and that they are in force at the time of making the appropriate transaction. In this regard, the individuals acting on behalf of the legal entities guarantee that at the time of the transaction, they are not violating any third party’s rights and that the data and information relating to the legal entities are truthful, accurate, and reliable. Consequently, the individuals acting on behalf of any legal entity assume, fully and exclusively, any responsibility that may arise from the lack of truthfulness or accuracy of their representation and information or communications provided in the use of this portal. Therefore, the individuals acting on behalf of any legal entity must keep METRECUBIC indemnified, without economic limit, against any liability that may be required in relation to their mentioned representation and information or communications provided in the use of this portal. Likewise, METRECUBIC cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or harm to persons and/or property that may be caused or related to the above.
Right of withdrawal: The customer will have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the day of payment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify METRECUBIC, Calle Industria 10. Girona 17005, phone 972 40 59 96, of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, sending an email to the following address: info@metrecubic.com within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the Product.
The withdrawal entails the refund of the total amount paid, except for the transportation costs incurred for the return (Return shipping costs).

On this portal “www.metrecubic.com”, exclusively the contracting of the Storage Service (storerooms) and Moving Service managed from our Sabadell center, is owned by PORTALMAR 2006 SL who makes available to users, individuals and legal entities, of the Internet in order to, among other things, provide and allow information, inquiries, and attention about the products, services, and offers of PORTALMAR 2006 SL
