These details shall not be stored or handled by METRECUBIC, but shall be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution.<\/p>\n<p>In application of the second European Union Payment Services Directive (PSD2), when making payment for our services, the customer\u2019s bank may send an SMS code, a mobile notification to the bank\u2019s app, or a similar system. The customer should contact their bank for more information about the online payment procedure.<\/p>\n<p>By authorising payment through our website, the user confirms that the debit or credit card is their own or that they are the legitimate holder of it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PayPal:<\/strong> The customer shall be redirected to the PayPal website, where payment can be made quickly and securely, without sharing financial information with METRECUBIC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bank transfer:<\/strong> The customer may pay by bank transfer to a bank account held by METRECUBIC. Once this payment method has been selected, SELF STORAGE METRECUBIC 2006 S.L. shall send a request for the purchase amount, which the user must confirm through their mobile banking application. For more information about Bizum, the user may visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bizum.es\/\">www.bizum.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deferred payment through third parties:<\/strong> METRECUBIC offers the possibility of paying for purchases made on the website in instalments. To do so, the user must select \u201cdeferred payment\u201d or \u201cfinancing\u201d as the payment method. METRECUBIC does not directly finance purchases; financing is carried out through banking and\/or financial entities unrelated to METRECUBIC. The financing conditions, terms and interest rates shall be those applied by the corresponding banking or financial entity at any given time. The user shall have access to all information relating to the financing before confirming the order, and may accept the financing conditions or choose another payment method from those offered. The granting of financing for the products is subject to prior authorisation and solvency assessment by the banking or financial entity.<\/p>\n<h3>7.2. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<h3>8.1. Withdrawal period and method<\/h3>\n<p>If the customer is contracting as a consumer and user, they have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer contracts our services through our website.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the withdrawal form provided by METRECUBIC, or any other means that allows proof of the exercise of the right, such as postal mail, e-mail or telephone.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of withdrawal by the customer, METRECUBIC shall refund all payments received from the customer without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer informs METRECUBIC of their decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\n<p>METRECUBIC shall make the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.<\/p>\n<h3>8.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>In application of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply, among other cases, to the provision of services once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun with the consumer and user\u2019s prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the customer is informed that, once the work commissioned to METRECUBIC has begun, the customer shall lose the right of withdrawal, including cases in which the work is started by METRECUBIC within the 14-day withdrawal period.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Communications<\/h2>\n<p>Applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications sent to customers be in writing.<\/p>\n<p>By using this website, the user accepts that most communications with METRECUBIC shall be electronic.<\/p>\n<p>METRECUBIC shall contact users by e-mail or provide information by posting notices on the website.<\/p>\n<p>For contractual purposes, the customer consents to the use of this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notifications, information and other communications sent electronically by METRECUBIC comply with the legal requirement of being in writing. Partial nullity<\/h2>\n<p>If any of the clauses contained in these General Contracting Conditions is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
